If your insurance provider is not listed here, we encourage you to contact our office to confirm if your plan is accepted. Please note that our facility does not provide medical services to individuals under the age of 18 years.

Policy Updates
We are pleased to announce that as of May 2024, District Endocrine will participate with Optima Sentara. However, we no longer accept new patients with Medicaid plans (primary or secondary). Additionally, we continue to accept patients with Tricare as secondary insurance. For updated information, please contact our team.
Payment Options
We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, and personal checks. Additionally, we require patients to keep a credit card on file for a faster and more efficient checkout process. Your card information is securely stored through our off-site processing partner, Elavon, and is never stored on our servers. If you have questions about our payment policies, feel free to reach out to our billing department.
